No Sale No Fee

Package 3

Auction Entry Fee. Then a percentage of the final sale price payable on completion.

• Entry into the next available "Sell By Auction" auction
• An entry into " Sell By Auction " Colour catalogue including photograph and brief description.

Rental Package 1

Advertisement Only

We will advertise your property on our website as well as a number of the top property portals for a set fee of £69 if you want a “To Let” board outside your property or £49 if you don’t want a “To Let” board outside. This package is payable in advance and the property will be advertised until you find a tenant. We will pass all leads directly to you by either email or text.

Rental Package 2

Tenant Find (No Referencing) £125.00

• We will find you a tenant on a no find no fee basis.
• We will accompany our applicant viewings free of charge
• Erection of an Appropriate “To Let” board.
• Advertising on our website and specially chosen portals such as Globrix, Propertyfinder.com, ThinkProperty.com etc.
• Up to 5 colour photographs
• We will take a non refundable initial deposit from the tenant which will take the property off the market for seven days while we carry out the referencing.
• *Once referencing is complete we will arrange for a gas safety certificate (if necessary)
• *We will arrange for a qualified energy assessor to do an EPC on the rental property.
• We will collect the first months rent along with the damage deposit and transfer the money (less our fees) to your bank account.

Rental Package 3

Tenant Find (Basic Credit Check) £150.00

We can find you a tenant and do a basic credit check on them

• We will find you a tenant on a no find no fee basis.
• We will accompany our applicant viewings free of charge
• Erection of an Appropriate “To Let” board.
• Advertising on our website and specially chosen portals such as Globrix, Propertyfinder.com, ThinkProperty.com etc.
• Up to 5 colour photographs

Tenant Find and Full Reference £250.00

We will find you a tenant and have them fully independently referenced. With this package we can also provide you with the referencing agency report should you want it.

• We will find you a tenant on a no find no fee basis.
• We will accompany our applicant viewings free of charge
• Erection of an Appropriate “To Let” board.
• Advertising on our website and specially chosen portals such as Globrix, Propertyfinder.com, ThinkProperty.com etc.
• Unlimited colour photographs
• We will take a non refundable initial deposit from the tenant which will take the property off the market for seven days while we carry out the referencing.
• *Once referencing is complete we will arrange for a gas safety certificate (if necessary)

Rental Package 5

Tenant Find & Full Reference + Fully managed property £250.00 + 7.5% of monthly rent.

With this service we will find you a tenant fully reference them (and provide you with the referencing agency report should you want it) as well as manage your property for you.

• We will accompany our applicant viewings free of charge
• Erection of an Appropriate “To Let” board.
• Advertising on our website and specially chosen portals such as Globrix, Propertyfinder.com, ThinkProperty.com etc.
• Unlimited colour photographs
• We will take a non refundable initial deposit from the tenant which will take the property off the market for seven days while we carry out the referencing.
• *Once referencing is complete we will arrange for a gas safety certificate (if necessary)

• We will deal with any maintenance issues either with your own contractor or with ours. If you use our contractor we will also deal with paying them direct from your rent.
• Meter readings taken on day of move in.
• We will inspect the property every 3 months to ensure everything is OK.
• Provide you with an online page for your Statements and trade invoices to allow easy access.
• We will arrange to have your property accredited by your local council scheme**
• Offer your tenants our “No Bond Scheme” which allows them to move in without paying a damage deposit and with no risk to you, call us for details.
