• Brochures designed and printed
• For Sale Board erected at your property
• Your property mailed or emailed to applicants that match your property's criteria

Package 2

0.5% to a minimum of £595 No Sale No Fee

And includes:

• Design of your property page on our website
• Unlimited number of photographs
• EPC graph on your property page on our website
• Your property uploaded to web portals such as propertyfinder.com, fish4homes etc.
• Brochures designed and printed
• For Sale Board erected at your property
• Your property mailed or emailed to applicants that match your property's criteria

Package 3

£500 Auction Entry Fee

Then 1.5% of the final sale price payable on completion.

And includes:

• Entry into the next available "Auction Group" auction
• An entry into "The Auction Group's" Colour catalogue including photograph and brief description.
• Design of your property page on our website
• Unlimited number of photographs
• Floorplan on your property page on our website
• EPC graph on your property page on our website
• Your property uploaded to web portals such as propertyfinder.com, fish4homes etc.
• Brochures designed and printed
• For Sale Board erected at your property
• Free accompanied viewings if required
• Your property mailed or emailed to applicants that match your property's criteria

Rental Package 1

Tenant Find Only. This is if you want us to find a tenant for you but want to provide your own referencing, credit checks, lease, etc. The service provides the following:

• Design of your property page on our website
• Unlimited number of photographs
• Your property details uploaded to a wide range of websites such as propertyfinder.com, fish4homes etc. (But not "thinkproperty.com")
• Ideal for landlords wanting to rent to applicants on Housing Benefit.
• Brochures designed and printed
• The erection of an appropriate To Let sign
• Your property details mailed or emailed to all parties interested in your property.

£150.00 per property

Rental Package 2

Tenant Find Including Referencing. This is if you want us to find a tenant for you and do all of the referencing, credit checks, provide a lease, arrange for a gas safety certificate etc.

• Design of your property page on our website
• Unlimited number of photographs
• Your property details uploaded to a wide range of websites such as propertyfinder.com, fish4homes etc. (But not "thinkproperty.com")
• Brochures designed and printed
• The erection of an appropriate To Let sign
• Your property details mailed or emailed to all parties interested in your property
• Full referencing and credit checks for all applicants over 18 years of age.
• Arranging for a qualified corgi registered gas engineer to provide a gas safety certificate for the property
• Providing a property condition report to be signed by the tenant before move in.
• Providing the Shorthold Tenancy Lease.

£250.00 per property

Rental Package 3

Fully Managed Tenancy. This is a full service whereby we run the tenancy for you and includes:

• Design of your property page on our website
• Unlimited number of photographs
• Provide a Floor plan of the property
• Your property details uploaded to a wide range of websites such as propertyfinder.com, fish4homes etc. (includes "thinkproperty.com")
• Brochures designed and printed
• The erection of an appropriate To Let sign
• Your property details mailed or emailed to all parties interested in your property
• Full referencing and credit checks for all applicants over 18 years of age.
• Arranging for a qualified corgi registered gas engineer to provide a gas safety certificate for the property
• Providing a property condition report to be signed by the tenant before move in.
• Providing the Shorthold Tenancy Lease.
• We will inspect the property every 3 months to ensure everything is OK.
• We will deal with any maintenance issues that may occur.
• We can use a maintenance contractor of your choice or you can use one of ours.
• We will collect the rent each month and transfer it to your bank account less our fee.
• We will liaise with the tenant and try to resolve any issues they might have.

£250 for first occupancy (£125 each time after) per property + £30pcm
